Welcome to Ababoa. By using this website, you fully agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of the Service

• Ababoa is a technology platform that acts as a digital intermediary connecting individuals and businesses for barter and swap transactions.
• The platform does not own, sell, buy, or inspect any of the goods or services listed on it.
• The platform's technical role ends once a means of contact is provided (via the internal chat, or by sharing contact details with the explicit consent of both parties).

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Individual accounts: currently completely free, and allow browsing and listing trades within the allowed limits.
• Company (B2B) accounts: subject to a subscription according to the cost and duration displayed on the site's pricing page at the time the contract is actually made, and the price may change (up or down) over time — your commitment remains at the price you agreed to at signup, and you have no right to claim any discount or price reduction offered afterward to new or existing users.
• Cancellation policy: a company may cancel its subscription at any time, according to the policy displayed at the time of signup.

3. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, product quality, item condition, or the legality of services exchanged between users.
• Both parties bear full responsibility for inspecting goods and verifying identities, legal obligations, and business licensing before completing any exchange.
• The platform is not liable for any commercial dispute, financial loss, or direct or indirect damages arising from dealings between users, on or off the platform.

4. Taxes & Government Obligations

Each party (individual or company) bears full legal responsibility for declaring any sales tax, VAT, or local customs duties arising from a barter transaction according to the laws in force in their country.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to list, display, or trade any of the following, without limitation:

• Alcohol and alcoholic beverages of any kind, and any tools or supplies used in producing or serving them.
• Pork and any of its derivatives, in any form.
• Any gambling tools, betting instruments, or games of financial chance.
• Any financial products or exchange offers based on interest (riba).
• Pornographic material or explicit or suggestive sexual content of any kind.
• Idols, statues, or religious symbols contrary to Islamic belief, intended for veneration or worship.
• Drugs and psychoactive substances of any kind, weapons and explosives, and stolen or counterfeit (brand-imitation) goods.
• Human organs, endangered animal species, or any content that violates Islamic Sharia, local laws, or general public morals.

Ababoa's management reserves the full right, at any time and without referring back to the user or prior notice, to:

• Remove or hide any product, service, or listing on the platform that violates these terms.
• Suspend or ban any account (individual or company) that violates these terms or defrauds users.

These decisions are final and entirely at the platform management's discretion.
